I would like to help you fix this error. Sounds like you are missing the drivers for you gpu (graphics card). You will need those in order to use it. There is different drivers needed for Windows XP versus Windows 7. You need windows 7 32bit drivers. (x32 bit drivers are different from x64 bit).

Hope this helps! :)

See if you can find drivers for your intel graphic card ... without them windows 7 will not detect your card.
What is the graphic card model no ?
Search intel website for drivers.
