It's going to be close with the little 250W PSU and the 55W card. But Dell always used to put in sturdy PSUs. Check the nameplate on the PSU. What is the rating for the +12V rail? Another issue is that PCIe X16 slots are generally only rated at 35W (unlike the 75W of full size cases).
