I have a hp desktop which when I am turning on I have no display I can hear the case fans and the CPU heat sink as well as my optical drive and my hdd, I have hard restarted it, remove the mobo battery and removed and re seated the ram, and used a different monitor and a different hdmi
Any suggestions?
