Check the connection between your case and motherboard. Make sure the cable is connected properly

Disconnect (Unplug) the audio connector on the motherboard and then re-connect it to the motherboard. Restart the computer. Download and install the proper audio driver from the motherboard manufacturer's website. Do not download drivers from other generic websites. Restart.

Thanks for reply. They are connected to F_Audio pins in motherboard. Don't know whether cable problem or driver problem.

Still no sound? Try reinstalling drivers or if you have 2 earphones plug them to each earphone jack (front and back) if still no sound then it's either case problem or motherboard problem

Ya, may be the case problem it seems because motherboard is fully new. Right now Im using back panel's audio jack to connect earphone and to speakers. Thank you

If you're getting a new case, get a cheap one just in case that the motherboard is the actual cause
