I'm planning on building gaming pc to play next gen games for the next 2 years or so without having to upgrade. I want this pc to play games on high. If something is not needed please tell or if i can get a cheaper part that can still run on high. For my budget I rather stay under $950-$750. I also plan on overclocking a little. I think I'm spending to much if I'm only aiming to play on high setting on all games.

This build will give you similar to the build you posted and it costs less. It's better to have a good card for future games, so I think sticking to the 280x is a good idea. It has 1GB more VRAM compared to a GTX 770, which is useful for future games.

Are you sure this build can play next gen games on high and I can overclock it? I currently don't know how to overclock but I'll learn.

If you mean next gen games like watchdogs, then yes it can play them on high. If you mean games that haven't been released yet, I can't say because I don't know how far developing will go in a few years..

You can definitely overclock this build, as the UD3P is a good board for overclocking and with the 212 Plus should be able to push it around 4.2Ghz.

What about games like Battle Field 4, Titanfall and Assassin's creed black flag. Sorry for asking so many questions I just really want this to be a great pc.

Ok last question should i go with the video card you suggested or any R9 280X, cause in the videos everyone had different one. And does the pc make a lot of noise, cause i prefer it quite.

Well it's not a noisy pc, yet it's not "quiet". I would say it is average. It won't be like a windblower don't worry.

For the 280x the one I listed is the cheapest one available... there are others that have different designs/cooling, but if you're looking for a good run for your money the one I posted is a good deal. All non reference 280x perform similarly, being maybe a few frames apart.
