i5 3350p problem

I paired my cpu with an gtx 770 msi twin frozr but the cpu isn't doing well the temps in games like watch degs and bf4 goes to 75c wow as i know the max temps for that cpu is 67c and the usage daymn bf4 99-100% wtf is this? as i know bf4 need for ultra i7 1 gen cpu which is slower than mine also am playing on high-ultra msaa 4x 1440x900 so what should i do?

Yeah but it's still strange when start bf it runs 70-120fps then after 10 mins the fps goes to 39-57 avg 46

70C core temperature under high/full-load for an Ivy Bridge CPU using the stock HSF is normal.

67C is the maximum PACKAGE temperature (surface of the IHS) while the maximum core (junction) temperature is 105C.

The junction temperature is the one you are seeing per-core numbers for CPU temperature monitoring tools because the diodes used to measure core temperatures are is built directly into the cores themselves.
