Should I get the 780 Ti or wait for anything better to come out?

I heard a major part of buying a gpu is asking yourself wether or not to buy now or wait for anything better to come out as there are so many new gpu's coming out lately. As a total noob, i've got no idea if there's anything better about to come out. Obviously you have the titan but that costs too much for me. So is there anything like the 780 Ti that's coming out soon or another version of the 780 Ti that's coming out soon? Or should I just buy one right now?

1st rule ..... something better is always coming out
2nd rule ..... if you are waiting for something better to come out, you will never buy anything

To my mind, the best time to buy is right before something comes out .... for example ....

Just as the 780 Ti's were coming out, the price of 780s dropped to $500

With the 880 rumored to be coming out, the price of 780 Tis dropped to $600 every other week this month.

Next time you see the MSI 780 Ti at $600, I'd grab it
