I am looking to build a computer with a budget or around 700 dollars. I have never built a computer before and I a a computer noob, basically. I am looking to build a gaming computer, one that can run something like minecraft and with FRAPS recording at the same time, with decent 100+ frames. I only have a keyboard and a mouse, and I don't have a monitor. I am a complete noob on building computers. I would like to get the best out of my money
I prefer Intel Cores over AMD, just so you know.
By the way, which is better: Intel core Xeon or i7?
I would LOVE if you gave me a list on PCPartPicker and how to build it in-depth? I never build a computer before.

I don't know what to do after I assemble it, either. Turn it on and install the OS? Please tell me that too.

Thanks!

EDIT:
Approximate Purchase Date: Sometime by the end of July
Budget Range: $800 Tops
System Usage: Gaming, Surfing the internet
Parts Not required: Mouse And keyboard, though i do hope to get a razer naga or something like that soon. OS, I will get Windows myself.
Preferred Website for parts: I have never done this before, and I am a complete noob. I don't know :(
State/Country: California, US, San Jose
Parts Preferences: Intel for the processor, that's all I know.
Overclocking: Yeah, sure.
Monitor Resolution: I don't know this either, but I would like the best for my build.
Additional Comments:
This is really as much as I want(not my dream specs, but close to it. Hope 800 dollars is enough!)
Intel Core i7 quad-core
8 Gigabytes of Ram
Good Wifi, I am going to be using alot of it. This computer is going to be across the house from our router, so an ethernet cable is out of the question
High quality gaming, ultra is not needed. But if I could get ultra, that would be great.
SSD?(I'm not sure.)
1TB Storage
I would like an optical Drive too.
$700 is like the most I could go, %800 I am not so sure about. $730 might be okay too.

I just want the best specs I can get with a $700 dollar gaming pc build.

For your budget is more interesting to get a nice i5 and spend the money on the video card, taking something like this:

When you build it, you have to install your OS and the drivers (chipset, lan, audio, usb 3.0, etc)
