Motherboard: Any asus with 4 dimm slots that can oc (want to be ram upgrade ready)
Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 or Oversiar RX-I
HDD: Western Digital 2TB
SSD: Not nessacary but maybe
Optical Drive: Any Bluray Reader and needs to Write DVD and CD just not bluray.
Operating System: Not needed I have it
Budget $1500 can go a little over

You should be getting a Z97 board, the Z87 board isn't going to support the 4790 without a bios update. If you want to OC I would suggest faster ram 1866 or 2133 with a low CAS. I hope you don't plan on running your OS on a 5400rpm it will be painfully slow. The WD green series is meant to be used as a storage drive not a boot drive. For $400 you should get a R9 290(with a non-reference cooler) not a 770. The Corsair CX series isn't very good, it used cheap secondary caps that have longevity issues.
