So I have a 4GB 1333 ram which i used with my g2020 since it doesn't support 1600, I upgraded to an i5 3470 and I'm thinking of buying a new set of rams 2x4gb 1600, will it be worth to upgrade or should i stick with my 1333 ram and just add another 4gb with the same speed. Will there be a noticeable increase in performance in gaming?

The difference in performance between DDR3 @ 1333 vs 1600 will be marginal at best, it certainly isnt worth making any major changes for. it wont be worth the cost 1333 vs 1600 will not show any noticeable improvements. its better to spend it on something else down the road

As others have said, you wont really notice the difference between 1600 and 1333. If you add another 4gb module of the same type your doubling your memory bandwidth anyway as this allows ram to run in dual channel mode.

More ram will provide better framerates if you're close to using all of it. You're better of buying a second stick of ram for a total of 8gb. Reason? Because ram is already to fast. Of course if you get a second stick you can run them in dual channel which might help in certain situations.
