Best motherboard for FX-8320

Hey guys. I'm currently upgrading my PC, and I'm looking for a new motherboard. I have already decided which CPU I want after some research. The other stuff I'm gonna use are from my old PC for now, until I get more money to continue upgrading the rest. What the system will be like is basically the following;

CPU: AMD FX-8320 (the new CPU which the motherboard will be based on)
GPU: HD6850 (will later be upgraded to an R9 card)
Power supply: Cooler Master Silent Pro M500 (will be upgraded later along with the GPU if I suspect it's insufficient)
Memory: 4x2GB (will later be upgraded to at least 16GB)

These are my wishes for the motherboard and some additional information that might be relevant;
- Price would preferably be $90 max, but I can extend it to around $140 if it really really really has great benefits.
- ATX motherboard
- I will be overclocking both the GPU and CPU
- I will not replace any stock heat sinks on the motherboard
- It needs to support USB 3.0
- I will not be using dual cards (Crossfire nor SLI)

I looked around a bit to see what I could find. The Asus M5A MoBos look great. But I can't decide what will be sufficient for my needs, and if the added price is justifiable for the Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 / Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0 compared to the Asus M5A97 R2.0.

Other motherboards are also welcome, but I tend to avoid the ones that have a history of throttling issues, like the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 or the ASRock Extreme3 990FX.

Thanks for the help.
