Switch Local Disk

I just finished building my computer and downloaded one driver. Then I went to plug in my 1TB Hard drive because I wanted my computer to boot from the SSD Drive. I turned the computer on and initialize my hard drive but now the SSD is my local disk when I want my 1TB Hard drive to be. How do I switch it? I tried the whole "repair computer" method but that wouldn't work.

Solution
Well, the SSD will be C: because it obviously has your operating system on it.
In order to only use it as your o/s drive, you will have to manually point applications to your 1tb drive when installing programs. if it gives a patch of say c:\programs\office15 just change the letter C to whatever drive letter your 1tb is by placing your mouse pointer in that spot and deleting the C and put D E or F and then Ok
I'm confused about what you did and what you want. "Then I went to plug in my 1TB Hard drive because I wanted my computer to boot from the SSD Drive." Huh? You don't plug in your hdd in order to get your SSD to work.

Sorry, i'm completely lost as to what you are asking.

Sorry about the confusion. Before I even installed windows I unplugged my hdd and left my ssd connected so my system can boot from the ssd. After I was done installing windows I plugged in my hdd. The problem is my SSD is my local disk which has all my program files located while my hdd is empty. I want my hdd to be the main local disk.
