Depends on your render range, but yeah. 30 FPS is more realistic however. It seems like a fine system though. I do suggest investing into a Western Digital Black HDD instead of the Seagate, trust me, way more reliable!

how much fps would i get? And can it run any of the shaderpack?

no i havnt bought anything... not enough money :'(

I would think with vanilla Minecraft with only Shaders and maybe a faithful pack You would about 40-50 FPS. With modpacks, you might have to turn down the quality some, but you should be able to reach a steady 30 FPS.

No. The GPU on the APU is better than a GT 610, and that Raidmax PSU will blow and possibly take you computer with it. Stick with good, community recommended brands like, but not limited to, Corsair, EVGA, NZXT, Seasonic, XFX, Fractal Design, etc.
