With two wired connections, my internet goes down to ~.5mbps from 25mbps on the download, but the upload stays at about 5mbps. if I take one of the computers that is wired on the network, unplug it, and connect it via wireless card to the same network, the speed goes back to normal, and both computers have good internet access. Why is my router doing this, and how do I fix it?
