I read that COMODO is a bit heavy on the resources

If anyone can give an entry for the best free firewall for Windows XP x64 besides COMODO

that would be fantastic

You could always update to a newer OS... XP is no longer supported, no 3rd party firewall or antivirus will fix that. Your data is NOT SAFE is you are running XP.
