my parts:
cpu: amd fx 6300 (which says it uses 95W)
gpu: evga gtx 750 ti (which i found that it uses 60W, and i also saw that it requires at least a 300W psu)
mobo: asus m5a97 r2.0
ram: patriot viper xtreme 8Gb

Currently i have a 300W psu. is this not enough? if not, at least how much power should i look for?

please suggest good a psu for me under $30

Solution
Never heard of it and I can't find much information on it. So I don't know if it actually outputs the advertised 300W and I don't know what ampere it has on its +12V rails.

So I'll say no, to be safe.

oh that name was just for the power supply, as for my case, i plan on getting the cooler master elite 430.
its dimentions are 7.50" x 16.70" x 19.30", tho i think thats from the outside

Yes; I know. I am asking for the dimensions of the power supply. But if you can get me the MAXIMUM dimension (WxHxD) for a PSU to fit into your case, that would be better. If you don't know how to get the maximum dimension, then the dimension of the Bestec power supply would be second best.

Sorry i misread that. anyway, i searched the psu's model number, which is ps 5301 08ha and its dimensions, which i am just copying and pasting, are:
5-15/16" wide
5 1/2" deep
3 3/8" tall
