I currently have a PC with an i7 4770k. My main drive (my C drive) is a 64 GB SSD and I have a 2TB hard drive for my other programs. I'm running into storage issues on my SSD and I only have my OS (Windows 8.1) and the programs that have to be installed on your C drive, I also have my drivers on this drive. I need more space so I was looking at mabey trying a RAID 0 array, but was wondering if this would work on a drive with data. I was planning on buying a second, identical SSD and RAIDing them.Would this work, and if so how would I go about doing this?
I was also looking into doing a software RAID (stripping). Could this work under the same circumstances listed above?
