I recently went to get a new cpu cooler for my pc to make it quieter overall especially when playing games. After taking out the old fan and putting in the new one the computer would start up, but no monitor. The mouse and the keyboard don't work as well. All fans are running and all lights are on.
I have looked into it a bit and even tried to put back the old fan on but to no avail. I'm not sure what to do from here.
