If I had to upgrade to water cooling for my cpu or graphics card, which should I do?

CPU: i5-3570k w/ stock cooler (never had temperature problems until now)
Graphics: Radeon HD 7870 Ghz (Gigabyte Windforce version)

I would probably get the Corsair H110 cooler and the NZXT Kraken G10 to mount to the graphics card if I go with that instead of cpu.

If you do not have a temperature problem, why would you want liquid cooling?

Ditto on the graphics card.
Your graphics card already has a very effective cooler.

If you really have a cooling problem, it probably lies with an inadequate case.
If so, a liquid cooler will only aggravate the issue.
What case do you have?

Clarification: I have recently had higher temperatures than usual, up 10-15C. Before, not bad at all

Currently in a Cooler Master HAF XB
