What is BSOD 0xa0000001? Is it my graphics drivers or the card itself?

Everytime I launch Watch Dogs, I get the above BSOD.

I have tried updating my graphics to the newest version multiple times (uninstalling first) and it still happens.
It only started when I tried updating them because the game crashed after <20 minutes of play multiple times.

let's do some basics first to make sure nothing is in the way with any solutions we try to provide

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste the first tab to show your idle temp

Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download Comodo or AVG (AVAST! been hacked so I don't recommend them anymore) and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials and Norton tends to get in the way of alot of programs it seems.
Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most had Malware the AV didn't pick up.
Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.
Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update
Download MSI Afterburner and write down the FPS you do actually get IN GAME (it will display at the top) .

Let us know the results of all these steps, 90% of the time just these steps along resolves ALL the issues.

Once these are out of the way (as said they resolve 90% of the time) then you can remove the video drivers, download Driver Fusion or 3DGuru's Driver Sweeper to really remove AMD components, reboot and you will be in VGA mode, then download and reinstall the latest Catalyst (may want to scroll down sometimes the newer drivers are not at the top).

i7baby: yes, CPU. It has never been that hot in the 2-3 years I've had it until recently, in game or not. Stock cooler, upgrading soon. No idea about RPM

Tom Tancredi: If Norton can cause problems, that may be mine, I'll try removing that and see if it helps. will be back

1) turn off any OCing
2) Open up and dust it out, use a paint brush on the grills, fans, PSU, etc.
3) Use a incense and check your airflow
4) worse case have to repaste.

Just uninstalling Norton may not be the solution there was more which I addressed. Please go through ALL the solutions and then let us know of anythign changign, your system should (on minimal settings) run WD

I'm not actually sure how to turn off OC.

Dusting stuff now.
I'm about to switch cases and coolers, so will be back with new info soon

I just removed norton and tried because it was the easiest and I think it has interfered with others before. Trying others today as well.

I'm back, sorry for the delay, been busy.
I think that the problem was just the temperature.
After switching cases and replacing cooler, it was idling at 22C and game at 35C which seems much better to me. Played an hour without crashing or any problems.
I had been planning on switching cases and coolers anyway. I do not know what made the difference. It was on the stock cooler before. Also, I think it was not raised off the carpet enough, even though it had not moved in 3 weeks and had never had that high of a temperature.

Anyway, thank you for helping me

I'm pretty sure the recent temps are for lowest settings (at least for case)

I think the temps might have been a problem a few times before and I just didn't know it could crash a game. Good to know that its not always a driver or bug.
