A 4930K won't be fully utilized for gaming. For video editing sure, but if you're just editing videos for Youtube consumption, you don't need a six core CPU. Plus you would need four sticks of RAM as opposed to two for quad channel RAM. I think putting SSDs in RAID would be pointless as well.
