Low FPS in Watch Dogs. Good PC

All my settings are at high. 1920x1080 No AA no AO. GPU max buffer frame at 3.

I get a normal of 40fps and a max of 55. Around 40 is average, sometimes dips lower.

PLEASE HELP!

watch dogs on PC is still new, give it an update or two and you should get smoother framerates. i have 780, i7 4770K with liquid cooling, and i get stutters and lag while playing solo or online.
