Early overclocking of the 4790K indicates that 5.0 is not very likely for 24/7 use.
Once you get past a comfortable 1.25-1.3v, heat rises dramatically, and even with the better DC heat tim, no amount of high end cooling will help.
The stock intel cooler gets you 4.0/4/4 boost.
How much more do you need?
Nothing wrong with the hyper212. If you want top air cooling, noctua or Phanteks with 140mm fans will do the job and be quieter in the process.
Is an extra multiplier worth $100 for a H100I?
Better to spend that on a stronger graphics card.
