I recently have started working on a new build for my friend and have bought
Gigabyte B75M-D3H MOBO
Cooler master Thunder 450W psu
Now m confused about the gpu nd cpu
For cpu m considering i5 3570
For gpu m considering gtx 650ti /HD 7770 OR ANY YOUR ADVICE
The computer will be basically used for coding nd gaming
While the budget is a bit of a constrained about 500$

The i5-3470 is a good processor for that motherboard.
That will leave you with a good ~$300-320.
For a gaming build, I would seriously just replace that psu. 450w is pretty low for a high end gpu and Cooler Master psus generally aren't that great. Return it if you can. Otherwise, you have two options:
1. Just go with a GTX 760 and hope it doesn't blow up on you.
2. Just buy a new, better PSU and a R9-280X.

But if m not wrong the 760 requires min. 500 w power supply aint it???

It consumes 170w whereas the processor will only consume around ~85w. That's only 255w from the two main wattage consuming components of a rig. Add about an extra 50-100w for the other components and it'll be under 450w. Let's just hope the psu can still handle it.
