Maybe somebody knows where to look for the fault. I have printer (Konica Minolta business hub) installed on a server and then shared as a resource.
The problem is that often the printer doesnt print anything. I send document from my machine to the printer, it goes away ok, no error is displayed but nothing comes out from the printer. The job is not reaching the printer and no error is displayed. Only way to resolve the issue is to pull off the power supply at the printer and start the printer again and then send the document again to the printer from the computer.
So far I have updated the firmware of the printer but nothing else.
What can be the problem, the server, network or the physical printer? Where to start looking for the fault?
