Build consist of

MSI A88XG43
AMD Ahtlon x4 750K
EVGA 500W 80 PLUS ATX12V Power Supply ( 100-W1-0500-KR)
Nvidia 750 Ti And (previously had AMD HD 7750)
A-Data Ram 8GB
Cooler Master PC Chassis K281 ATX

Very weird issue, the suspect boils down to wiring and case and PSU, but i dont know why its happening,
i checked the wiring many times, with nothing peculiar i tried to move and play with the Audio front panel connection
but that didnt change anything

Weird again, is that i dont hear static noise in my booting up, untill i reach Windows login screen

more weird, i hear the noise louder when doing USB file transfer

GPU have nothing to do it, problem retained when i was using HD 7750

I doubt it the motherboard, i had an MSI a75a-g35 and audio was great in that one, this newer one was supposibly an upgrade
with better audio onboard, sadly thats not the case currently.

So guys what to do ? what do you think is causing this ? the sound is louder when doing USB trasnfer, but its always there when i am not, if i play some music
i over write it, its still there but harder to hear, anyone with solution ?
