FX works with MSI Mobo ?

Hello guys,
I m thinking to upgrade my PC but i m pretty dumb in matter of Processor & Mobo .I don't know much about Processor & Mobo,I m thinking to upgrade it to FX 8350 but my mobo don't have AM 3 socket, so i decide to buy new mobo but dont knw if it will.
So my Question is will my FX 8350 will work with MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) Motherboard,and also support my AMD HD 7750 GPU ?
My current PC is Compaq Presario CQ3559IN with MSI 2AB4 Mobo (Currently with 3GB Ram)
OS is Windows 7 64 bit.
So will i have any compatibility ,size or performance issue ? will i also need new PSU ?

Yes this board works fine with the 8350 and can overclock. I have this mobo and 8350 in my work pc.

Get a better CPU cooler though, the stock one can barely keep the 8350 from throttling. a Cheap upgrade which works better is the CM Hyper T4, but if you overclock you will want the CM 212 evo minimum.

Get at least a 970 motherboard - I would recommend an MSI 970A-G46, Asus M5A97 R2.0 or any Gigabyte 970 motherboard. These will support an FX-8320 or 8350 at stock speeds just fine, but if you plan to overclock you will need a 990FX motherboard. All of the 990FX boards are good, the Asrock Extreme probably being the lowest quality.

My budget is pretty tight this year,would be better if u guys prefer me any below $ 80 or Rs 5000 .MSI is not really very incessary,any other mobo will also work.but still i didnt get any clear answer from you guys ,not what i asked.

But u also gave an link for MSI below, I dont see much difference between ur Asus mobo and MSI 970A-G46, but what u think ? 970A-G46 will work fine ? even hiebson preferred 970A-G46 to get most out of FX , if it will work fine tht would be great for me and i can easily get FX 8350

So i find on multiple pages and found tht MSI 970A-G46 is actually not good for FX 8350, I guess then i will go for Asus M5A97,So the question now is,will it work fine if i put M59a7 ? is OC possible in tht mobo ?
