thinking of upgrading my kingston hyperx 3k ssd

and I am wondering if the latest and fastest ssd would be worth upgrading to. will it be a noticeable difference or not worth the upgrade? my uses for my desktop computer are mainly watching movies, internet explorer, and some video-gaming like battlefield 4 and guildwars 2

There won't be that much difference with the SSDs. But you will find by starting with fresh Windows install, you'll get rid of software clutter which does slow things down.

how about if I upgrade from a 75%full hyperx 3k 128gb to a 256gb Samsung pro

That means you can also put games on it for fast loading. If you want, go with that. Or get another 120gb and put games on one and the OS on the other.

well I don't do a lot of video gaming just a few games so space I don't find as an issue however 75%full and the effect on speed and overall performance is what im looking for. also I do do a lot of installing , uninstalling and I typically backup and do fresh reinstalls of the entire OS.

Well you can wear them out - theoretically. But its supposed to take like 20 years.
