That's for the whole 'system' - the whole pc. Usually about 300W is allowed for everything but the graphics card. And there's some headroom built in to allow for 'aging'.
  2. It means that it should work on almost any 600W unit; As long as you have a high quality 500W unit, you should be fine.
  3. Nah, highly recommended tho, but it's ought to run even at 500+

It will be OK, but I'd recommend this one instead: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
  5. Get cooler master 550W PSU and u will be fine...
  6. EVGA 500B aint a real good one - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Its Tier four - "Not for overclocking systems or high end gaming rigs"

Try something from a higher Tier eg XFX 550 or 650, Antec HCG 620M, Seasonic 520

Cooler Master PSUs are mostly not that great: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
  8. Alright I switched to the XFX
  9. I can recommend the Corsair GS 800 i am using atm, only sad side it is not modular so my case is full of cable :D
So maybe Corsair GS 600 would be good for you?
