Hi,
I have an Intel D101GGC Motherboard. Windows XP 32-bit is the OS, with 512MB RAM.
Recently I had to replace it's PSU since old one was not working. Now I have another new issue.

When I turn the PC ON, it takes time to boot, I mean the POST beep comes late(say ~7 seconds late).
After it boots, I get the CMOS Checksum Error. I always set to defaults by pressing F1.
When the OS boots, the time is reset to Jan 1, 2006, 12:00 A.M.
Synchronizing to Internet time won't work and after I set the time manually, the system time is changed to Jan 1, 2006 every hour. For example, if my machine is on since 5 hours, so my time is reset for the 5th time, and now the system time will be 5:00 AM.

I tried resetting the BIOS, changed the batteries, did a bit of cleaning too.
So what can be done? Please help; thanks!

EDIT: Once I had set the system time in the BIOS Menu before booting Windows, and I remember that day didn't have any time resets while the system was running.
