AMD FX 4100 CPU Throttle Issue

My Rig
--------
AMD FX-4100
4GB DDR3 RAM
ATi Radeon HD 4830
MSI 760GM-P21 Motherboard
-------------------------------------

I've tried disabling AMD Cool'n'Quiet, Turbocore, C1E, C State, AMDMsrTweaker, AMD Overdrive. But none of them worked. My CPU still throttles down to 1400 MHz while running games like NFS Most Wanted 2012, NFS Rivals, etc. Can somebody please tell me a solution to this problem?

95c??? if just normal 95 degrees Fahrenheit that's perfectly fine, but 206 degrees is not perfectly fine.....that's like borderline system meltdown/shutdown haha. If it really got that upwards in temps it would explain why it would throttle down as much as it could....

I've adjusted my CPU Frequency to 3300 MHz Max and it is staying under 50 degrees on full load and 25 degrees in Idle state. Now, no FPS drop is bugging up. I guess I've solved this myself. But incase if this problem emerges in the future, what would I do?

50-55c max man running any higher is really pushing it....you are having some major cooling issues sounds like....check case out....clean/good airflow /enough fans...might need some fresh thermal grease/paste on the heatsink....

I've cleaned everything inside and outside my rig. Fans, Mobo, Rams, Processor (But never touched the pins), etc.

Yes the heatsink is there obviously and it doesn't fits if it is loose. It has two locks. I am talking about Coolermaster Stock Cooler which comes with AMD fx 4100.

no none at all but if you lower it too much it could be unstable....not all of those CPU's are equal some of the FX 4100s and 4300s you can really undervolt the piss out of and still even Overclock while others get unstable
