Hi I just finished building my pc few months ago and I am planning now to add another graphics card and custom water cooling.

Long story short I am not sure if my psu is going to be good enough for the job!

I am planning to overclock my 4770k to whatever frequency at 1.4v

Also I am planning to water cool my 2 evga gtx 780 classified sli them and overclock them!

Here is my specs:
4770k
2 evga GTX 780 Classified
24GB ram 1600
2 corsair gs ssd raid 0
2TB Seagate and 500GB WD Blue

Will my corsair AX860i be able to run and overclock with 6 corsair SP120 fans performance edition?

Thank you

Simply put, yes.

A GTX 780 in SLI uses around 450W of power at full load and the 4770k at stock speed uses around 105W at full load. That still leaves plenty of power for the remaining components.

One thing you may want to bear in mind is that PSUs are most efficient at around 50-60% load, but you'll probably be slightly above that. It's hardly a deal-breaker but you may want to consider a 1000W PSU instead.
