Hi, I just bought an asus a55a laptop brand new running win7 home prem 64bit. it says plugged in and charging but after a few hours plugged in and a few resets still hasn't gone over 0%. I've tried uninstalling windows battery management in device manager, removing battery and booting without it, getting new drivers from asus website all to no avail. any ideas? I'm wondering if its possible that the battery has died in storage (its last years stock)
