Go to your motherboard manufactures website (on another computer), find your EXACT model/make, select downloads (or equivalent) and find the ethernet adapter driver for your operating system.
Put it on a memory stick and transfer it to the computer you need it on and install it.
Then head back to the website and download and install all the other drivers that you will need (Chipset, Graphics etc).
