Good afternoon all,
I'm wondering if anyone could help me as I've got a laptop that has simply stopped charging. My friend said that they had to wiggle the power cable in the dc jack to get it charge and then it just stopped.
I've changed the DC jack and I still have no charge going through, could anyone help with this issue?

Did you try a new power supply? Does it work fine on wall power but just not charge the battery? Try it without the battery?

Maybe the jack was not replaced properly or the issue is with something else depending on what you mean by "not charging". Or do you mean it does not turn on?
