I have 4gb ram ddr2 (800mhz and 667 mhz)
Dram frequency 400mhz
In boot menu it is 800 mhz and 4gb ram
I am using 32bit OS iin properties it is showing 4gb but usable only 1.96 GB what is this
My processor Intel Pentium dual core e5300
Radeon r7 250x 1gb ddr5 gpu

Windows 32 bit should show nearly 4g. Try Memtest to see if one of your ram sticks is faulty.

Maybe its just that you've already loaded 2gb data into ram.

64 bit is if you have more than 4gb total.

I really don't think that machine is still worth an upgrade of that sort, if you already own the 32-bit version. What makes you feel like you need Windows 7 64-bit?

In my computer properties it 4gb ram installed and in bracket it is 1.96 uasble

You will see the processes that run in the background with Task manager.

Chrome/IE, Anti Virus, Printer, UEFI, Afterburner, etc etc.
