shows up in device manager as WD only
shows up in disk manager too but when trying to make a mbr or gpt shows cannot initialize error
tried diskpart and it shows in diskpart but when done detail disk or format it shows error
all tests shows up passed in seatools
i think the mbr is corrupt so it dosent detect it in my computer
do you think i should go to linux and use some of the program available

windows 7
usb WD elements hdd
its not the cable as i tried it in a different hdd
