So after i reinstalled my PC last week or so, i've been experiencing a weird problem. Everytime i download something, my internet goes down to 0,03 on Speedtest, but somehow i'm still downloading with 6 mb/s.
Have anyone else experienced this problem, and can any of you help me out?
