Im planning to buy CM Hyper 212 EVO on m5a97 EVO r2.0 motherboard with Crucial Ballistix Tactical 1600mhz RAM and install them on Zalman Z3 Plus.

1. Which fan would be the best option for money?

i thought about getting this one:

2. Should i remove CM Hyper 212 EVO's Factory fan, and replace it with 2 aftermarket fans or just buy 1 extra fan?

3. Is there any better options for money other than 212 EVO?

Solution
For 1 & 2) Stock fan is actually good. If you change it, a single Noctua PWM fan that peaks at 1500-2000 RPM is the best option for performance -vs- noise.

For 3) Hyper 212 EVO is probably the best cooler in the $30 price range. You need to spend $60 or more to get a few degrees cooler.
