Yes u can run at 1080p with all ultra,AA on with this pc.
Although I would add a SSD for faster boot & Game loading time.

Most will stay at 60+FPS 90% of the time, but it is not uncommon to have the occasional dip to 50s or even 40s on a high end system.

It will be extremely rare though.

Also, change the 4770k to a 4790k. New Devil's Canyon CPUs are around the same price, have better TIM on the IHS, lower temps and higher stock speeds. :)

Your build will work.
I might suggest you wait until june 25 and use a i7-4790K(devils canyon) instead.
Price will be similar, and it runs 4.0 vs 3.5 at stock. It can be effectively overclocked too.
Use a Z97 motherboard. It will support broadwell in the future

I simply will not build today without a ssd. It makes everything so much faster. Use a 240gb Samsung evo.
Most will say that a ssd does not help fps, but will help in level load times.
Consider the source, but here is an indication that a ssd may also help fps:

Any I/o you do to a ssd will be much faster than a hard drive. 3x minimum, 50x faster for random.

Use your hard drive for bulk storage such as video files.

The EVGA G2 power supplies are top of the line for $130 ($110 with mail in rebate). Honestly, the Corsair HX you have in your build is a bit overpiced (especially for being semi modular as opposed to fully modular)

For gaming, a i5-4690K will work just as well as a i7.
The reason is that few games can use more than 2-3 cores, making the hyperthreads of the i7 not much worth it.
Use that $100 towards a ssd.
You will never go back.
A one hour windows install takes 15 minutes.
Files open instantly.
Level loads are 2-3x faster
