So here's what I did:
When I booted from the CD Drive, where it has the "Install" button, I hit shift+F10 to pull up the cmd prompt. There I did the following commands:
diskpart
disk list + Select (corresponding HD)
clean
create partition primary
format fs=NTFS
exit

On the windows install while it's completing the installs ( after the first reboot, before that it does the usual "Computer will restart in 10...9.."). I get a BSoD. At the moment I have Ubuntu set up on the computer(no internet, yet).

Update:

Good news: It's not the RAM chips.
Bad news: It's not the RAM chips.

I got the pass complete. no errors message. Do I let it run more than once? Or should we continue trouble shooting?

I'm positive it's not a bad iso as well. I tried man different windows 7 isos from the microsoft website, and even tried using my old windows 7 CD I used to install on a different computer. I still get the BSoD.
