Hi

I currently have 2 Gigabyte GTX 760 4gb OC cards and an i5-2400 overclocked to 3.7 ghz with a corsair TX750 80 plus bronze. I also have an ASUS P8P67-Pro with 8gb RAM, 1 SATA hard drive and a DVD drive.

Now, I'll be upgrading my i5-2400 to an i7-2600k (which I plan to overclock to 4.5 ghz) but I'm worried my TX750, may not be sufficient for such an overclock on the i7-2600k...

What do you guys think?

You're looking at about 550-575w at max power draw, even with an overclocked CPU. 750w is perfect, given a quality power supply, which the TX is.

eXtreme power supply calculator recommends a psu wattage for my current system of 622 watts and swapping the i5-2400 for an i7-2600k@4.5ghz requires a psu wattage of 670w...I wonder how reliable this software is...

Corsair TX 750w enough for GTX 760 sli + overclocked i7-2600k < Yes it's more than enough power , it has 62 amps on the 12v rail which is plenty for what you want to do.
