Hello. I have changed my Radeon HD 5570 with HD 6870 and the fps in BF3 and other games are the same. Is the cpu problem? Because I have Intel Pentium E5700 which is 2 cores 3.0 ghz and 4gb of RAMs.

Yes, I think your cpu is at fault.
The E5700 was a good cpu in it's day. It had a passmark rating of 1763.
I suppose you could buy a used quad core Q8400 on ebay for about $50 if your motherboard supports it.
It will have a passmark rating of 3244.
Today, the slowest and cheapest $50 intel cpu, the G1610 dual core has a rating of 2551.

Most games depend on fast individual core speeds, so I don't think upgrading to a quad on your lga775 motherboard will be all that effective.

I think you need to plan on a new build.

so motherboard can be the cheapest one? like Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3..do I need more RAM than 4gb? does RAM make more fps in game or not? which website is cheapest one for computer components?

Motherboard is actually very good. Yes, get z97 based, it gives you more options.
No game will use more than 2-3gb, but most will buy a 8gb kit of 2 x4gb. That assumes you have a 64 bit os.
Ram speed does not matter much.

No clue on UK web sites, sorry.
