Questions;
Will I be able to run new games(GTA;V/Battlefield;HardLine/Callofduty;AdvanceWarfare/Witcher3/etc,.)
    Should i replace/change/add any parts?
    AMD FX-6300 or Intel Core i3 4130.
Motherboard will support other future(CPU/GPU) updates?
    750Ti or R7 265 ?

you'll be able to run them, but not at good quality on 1080p.
go with a WD blue HDD
Stick with the 6300
That mobo will take a 8320 and any GPU
265x is faster

Retail boxed CPUs come with a heatsink and fan, put the money you are spending on the aftermarket CPU cooler towards a better video card, you'll get a lot more bang for you buck by doing that.

Change's I would make:

Swap the video card for an R7 265 as it is faster and in the same price range as the 750ti

Change the ram to an 8gb dual channel kit

Swap the psu to this

Same price, better quality

On the current build:
1. Don't bother with the cooler, it is just as crappy as the amd stock cooler.
2. Use a 2 stick ram kit so you can run in faster dual channel mode.

Your build is reasonable.
But, if you are anticipating cpu or gpu upgrades in the future, I might do things differently.

The 500w psu will not support a significant graphics card upgrade. If that is in your plans, buy a 600-650w psu up front.
I might look for Seasonic or XFX which are better quality than corsair cx.

On the cpu side, your motherboard can upgrade to a 8 core FX cpu, but most upgrades want faster cores, not more cores.

I might suggest you consider the upcoming $75 G3258 unlocked dual core and a Z97 based motherboard.
You will game very well now, and have a future upgrade to the moon.
Here is an early benchmark.
