CPU fan - cooler for matx ?

Case: DS Cube (190mm max height). Height is not a problem.

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97m 3dh or Z97mx gaming 5.

Ram: Ripjaws

But I don't want it interfere with another slot RAM or a possible future SLI

I will probably do OC (not extreme).

I was thinking about; Artic freezer 7 pro 2 (without oc), EVO 212 or Tx3

Others more expensive options; Noctua U12s or Corsair H60

Any others? Which would be the best?

I would want "good silent" too.

The 212 will work with ripjaws. You will have to slide the fan up a bit to install and remove ram. The fan will rest right on top of the heatsinks, basically. I had ripjaws in my rig, and recently swapped it out for an Ares kit. The ripjaws kit, I put in a different system.
