Hey guys,

I just installed windows xp x64

I have 2 drives, 1 SSD and 1 hard drive

the hard drive is partitioned into 4 drives

I wanted to change the drive letters to 2 of the partitions, which right now, arent formatted yet

So I did, but now booting up windows upon restart takes longer than usual,

eg. It stays on the welcome screen for 20 seconds, then goes to the desktop background, and then takes 15 seconds to load the rest of the screen

More about : changed drive letter windows boot slow

Why add a drive letter to partitions that are inaccessible?... Windows is having trouble accessing them before completing boot and logon. Either revert the setting or format the partitions.
