Well, for one, you're spending far too much on your CPU and your case.

That would do you much better, even though it's a little over budget. If you want a remotely pleasant experience, go for at least a GTX 760.

There should be enough for the cooler and you can buy a red led fan for 5 bucks and replace it.

The 212 isn't exactly large. It's no NH-D14. So any mid case should be able to fit your parts. And if an i7 was required for gaming, that would screw a large portion of the community. I'm running Watch Dogs and Wolfenstein completely fine on my PC and I'm using an i5.

If you mean to the case yes you will it has the two top fan mounts. Remember to keep a good type of airflow I usually recommend positive flow which means more filtered intakes than exhaust. This creates positive pressure in the case and air will push out of all the joints and other openings of the case. This makes less dust enter your system.

keep the front add one to the side blowing in the rear exhaust and the one going in and one going out up top. so a total of 3 intake and 2 exhaust.

so the front fan blows out, the side fan blows in, one top fan blows out, one top fan blows in, and the back fan blowing out?
