Hello, I am thinking about buying a Silverstone sleeved extension powersupply cable for my graphics card. However, I am concerned with one thing. The graphics card I have uses a 6 pin connector but my powersupply has 6 + 2 pin cables. I was wondering if I could get away with buying a 6 pin cable extender instead of a 6 + 2 pin cable extender, being that extra 2 pins would just be sitting there. I am assuming I can, but no point in wasting $12.
