OK. The point I was trying to make was that if you buy the MB and the processor from a large online retailer like Newegg, it will be new stock and the MB will surely have a late BIOS. It should work fine.
However, if the MB is from somewhere that has old stock, there's always the slight possibility that the MB still has an older BIOS. So when you install the FX-8320, it may not be recognized. Slim chance of that happening, but possible. In that case, you would not have a working system to do the BIOS update until you installed a recognized (older) CPU.
