This is my current computer and I want to upgrade my graphics card but idk what is compatible with what. Help please?

Yes you can. Since you have a 500W power supply you are kind of limited.

Here is what I suggest for your PSU (in order of best to worst, in my opinion) :

HD7970 OC Edition
R9 280X
HD7950
GTX 760

The first 2 cards I recommended are beasts, they run extremely well and are incredibly powerful.
If you want more a powerful card -- lets say if you want to run triple monitor or something -- let me know and I'll recommend a power supply and graphics card for it.
